It's weird but I can actually say I remember everything that I have done in the last 2 weeks. Most of my time was spent getting everything ready for exams, then preparing for hellish finals. But that's done. 2 weekends ago I was sitting around the apartment bored as hell, so I decided to head back to Wyandotte for the night. I called Jish and he said they were going over Jon's house to play some poker. Sounded like a good enough plan to drive home for, so I immediately headed out the door and got onto the freeway. It was the first time I played in real life (always on party poker) since school ended, so it was a lot of fun. I came out of the game dead even. It was the first time I played non tournament style, which just seemed kinda weird at the time. Jon has this nice $300 set of poker chips, so it really makes you feel like your playin with the big bucks instead of nickels and quarters. After poker, Jish came over and we played Gamecube all night. I love that little box of joy. If only I had a tv at the apartment to play it. Speaking of tv, that's definitely something I haven't been doing the last 2 weeks. In fact, It's been almost 4 weeks since I had an operating television. Thank god I have like 30 cd's full of friends, seinfeld, adult swim cartoons, beavis and butthead, southpark, simpsons, and whatever else I've been watching. Right now it's just a really boring time around the apt. There is never anything going on, so I pretty much just lay around all day. Last week was the end of Finals. I had dynamics on Wednesday, and Mechanics of Materials on Thursday morning. I think I did ok. Im kinda pissed that the MOM final was 50% of the grade. It really put a lot of pressure on during the exam. One incorrect sign is like 5% of my final grade. That's way too much weight for a final. I'm looking forward to seeing how I did on that, but also I'm not looking forward to seeing how I did on it... This passed weekend was another one spent downriver. Friday we played gamecube and went over Shannon's house and chilled in the backyard by the fire. We did the same thing Saturday night, but after playing 4 hours of poker of Jon's house again. Then Sunday was laundry day...exciting. That pretty much sums up the last 2 weeks: poker, gamecube on weekends, homework, finals. Bai~
