Well. It has been quite a while since I've done anything here. I've been pretty damn busy with everything going on. Classes have gotten harder, finals are right around the corner (2 weeks from today), work has been really busy (finally got to the huge mailings we have been waiting for), and I've been home quite a bit too. I was spending a lot of my free time playing Gamecube, which is prolly better for me then sitting on the computer all day, but its still pretty lazy. I went home last weekend to enjoy the 3 day weekend, and came back to find my tv was broken. Needless to say I wont be playing anything on there for a while. I found someone nice enough to look at it for free and find out what's wrong, which is good because all the repair shops I called were gonna charge 60-70 bucks just to look at it, not even attempt to fix it yet. The doctors finally found out what has been wrong with my throat for the last few months. I have acid reflux =[. For those who dont know, it's when your stomach overproduces acid and it basically creeps up your throat and erodes away your esophagus. Since it took them 3+ months to find out the problem, mine has gotten pretty serious. It will take months of medication for my throat to go back to normal, and a possibility of surgery down the road. But that's not interesting. Lets talk about the 3 day weekend. Friday I was sitting at work at about 1:00 saying "man it would be nice to get out of here sometime soon", and right then my Boss said we could leave at 2. That couldn't have come at a better time. Friday night was the Wyandotte Fireworks, so I was anxious to get home and over to Topher's house. I got there around 3:00 and we chilled around playing game cube and card games till the fireworks started. Dave-0 came down, along with what seemed to be his entire family tree, but nevertheless we had a blast. Jish and Sean came over and we all just chilled for the night. Unfortunately I can't drink any alcohol with the reflux, so at about 1:00 I went home and played Diablo all night. I caught Jish online early Saturday morning and went over to squeaks and picked him up. We went to Sam's Club and about like 40 hamburgers and buns for $20, which ended up being more then enough food for the weekend. After a short period of convincing, I got Jish hooked onto Diablo again and we played almost straight through till Monday at 7:00 pm. All it took were several Tim Horton runs, and the occasional trip to the BBQ to cook up more burgers to keep us up and going. (unless you are a computer nerd, you wont get this part, so just skip down to the horizontal stripe) We started hardcore chars on Sat. after noon. I had a pally already ~ level 26 that i was playing with Sluggy before he decided to stop until the ladder reset. So I started a new guy with Jish just to play until he got around the same level as my pally. We beat act 5 normal Early Sunday morning, beat act 5 nightmare LATE Sunday night, and started our way through hell early Monday morning. Then we realized that we had lives to tend to during the week and we should probably stop now before we get too swallowed by the game Ok. Sorry for those who didn't understand that. But oh well that's your fault for not playing the game. Anyways It'll be a few more weeks (until classes are over) before I get back into updating this constantly again. It will just be small tidbits here and there. So until then Peace 1200 Block Son ---
