Andrew D. Bernstein/NBAE/Getty Images Yeah that's right. We are the champs, bitches! After some close games vs the Nets and the Pacers, I can't believe how bad we blew out LA in the NBA Finals. That's crazy. It's a good thing too, I'm sick of Detroit being known for the Red Wings. I missed half of the first quarter of the game last night because of a CS match, but I didn't miss too much. Once I turned the tv on the Pistons hit that streak while Shaq went to the bench. We won our match 19-5 too, putting us to 3-1 on the season. That's not bad for as little as we have practiced so far.. I got my MOM test back from Monday morning, and I got 100%. Not bad. I barely put any effort into it, since the game was on Sunday night and I was out most of the weekend. Hopefully I'll get my Dynamics test back tonight in class from last Thursday. I plan on going home this weekend, so it should be a lot of fun as usual. Jish, Chris, Sean, and I are going to see Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story when I get home from work and then headin up to the Sheep later in the evening. Then Sunday I'll be goin over to my Dad's house in Canada for Father's Day. So I kinda wish this week would end already so I can go out and have some fun. I was bored the other day and I started playing some Java games on my computer. I forgot just how fun these could be when we used to compete against one another back in high school. Therefore I thought it would be fun to maybe put some up here, and see who will reign supreme. Check this out for more information.
6/14/04 Today has totally defined the definition of a Monday. For starters, my morning started off with a Mechanics of Materials exam. That didn't go too bad. I knew all the formula's and equations I needed to use, let's just hope that I used them correctly. Then after that I decided to run home and eat the Subway I had in the fridge. When I got back for work, I somehow locked my keys in the car with the ignition running. Awesome. I had less then an 1/8th of a tank of gas, and it took AAA almost an hour to get here. Luckily there should still be enough left to get to the gas station down the street. With all this happening before 2:00, there is no way I'm going to go to Dynamics and sit through that lecture. I am ready to just go home and drink some high life. Also something is up with host rocket and my webpage got rolled back a month. I can't really complain since I don't pay for the space though (thanks jish). If you know how I could put up a poll here, would you please let me know. That is all for now. ~bai
6/11/04 Another day, another dollar. Pretty bored at work today, and I really don't feel like doing any homework, even though it would free up some time this weekend. 6/10/04 Man this week has been busy as hell. I just finished my Dynamics exam about an hour ago, and I think I did pretty well. I should get at least an 85 if not more. It was open book open note and I found some examples in the book that were pretty similar. That's about all I've done the last few days is try and figure out those long ass formula's and equations. We'll see how I did come next Wednesday. I've been to busy to put any real updates up. I have a test in Mechanics of Materials on Monday, so this weekend probably wont see many updates either. I've been getting a decent amount of visits per day, and I appreciate it. This website has been a lot of fun and taken up a lot of time, but it's definatly worth it if there are people coming to look =]. I'm in the middle of making dinner right now, writing every few minutes after stirring the noodles I'm boiling. Actually it's about done now so I'm gonna go finish up and eat. Bai.
6/9/04 I like the idea of using this section as a blog. It's easier to write something in really quick instead of trying to write out a full page of random thoughts. We won our match last night. We played clan-woot on de_train. Our train T blows, so we lost 7-5 first half. Omar and I had lockdown on inner bomb site and we ended up winning CT side 10-2. This was probably one of my best matches in a while, and I think its because I finally had a decent box to play on. After the match I watched the 2nd half of the Pistons game. Kinda pissed that we lost. The foul on Shaq at the end was retarded, and it ended up costing us the game. In other news my Uncle Andy passed away Sunday. I don't know his exact age, but I know he died from a stroke. I have one picture of my Uncle that I can't open because it is a tiff file. So if anyone can convert a tiff to a jpg let me know please. I wasn't really close to Andy since he lived about 10 hours away up in Sudbury. I'd still see him about 1-2 times a year, and it was always a blast. He didn't take shit from anyone. If someone told him something he didn't like, he'd straight up tell them to f-off. I find that admirable. I credit him for giving me my "don't take shit from anyone" attitude that I've developed over the years. I've also been thinking about redoing the site 1 more time. I don't really like that nappy blue on the side. One thing I messed around with was this. If you like that more, let me know. I kinda do, but its not as well organized as this set up.
6/8/04 No real updates today. I was just going to suggest if you have any good pictures, old or new, that I could use for this site to email me. I am almost out of pictures that I had to throw up for anything. Anyways, this week is busy as hell with my 2nd dynamics exam in 2 weeks, plus we have our design project to be working on. This 3 week period counts for 60% of the class. How retarded is that? Needless to say I've been doing a lot of homework when I have the chance instead of working on new updates. The new computer is running sweet, except the cd drives stopped working. Going to try and fix that after this exam on thursday. Lightning won the cup = \. We almost brought it back home to Canada where it belongs. There is always next year I guess. Game 2 of the Pistons-Lakers series is on tonight. We are going to go up 2-0 hopefully. Thats all I got for now. Back to homework =[ 6/6/04 Updates are fun wee! Check out new stories and new articles new box = happy faygo! 6/02/04 It would have been nice if someone let me know that all my year's on the site were 05 instead of 04. I guess I was getting ahead of myself or something retarded like that. Anyways, since I last posted here I added a bunch of sections, stories and articles. There are many new picture sections, included a page that is a plethora of random pics I just wanted to have uploaded for later use. I need to get onto a scanner and start scanning in some pictures I have that I want on here. My time will come eventually...hopefully.. 5/27/04 I've been adding new stuff every chance I get. I am going to try to add a bunch of new stories this weekend. I have no class Friday, Monday is a holiday, and I took Tuesday off work so I'll have a lot of relaxing time. Hopefully I'll spend a lot on this. We'll see.
